| January 1, 2012 | Earliest date you may file a FAFSA for the 2012-2013 academic year. |
| January 2, 2012 | Deadline for UNCG Scholars Program Application. High school seniors must officially be invited by Undergraduate Admissions and complete application by this date. |
| March 1, 2012 | Your 2012-2013 FAFSA must be received by the federal processor by this date in order for it to be a "Priority Application." 2012 UNCG Summer Session Applications for Financial Aid are available in the Financial Aid Office. |
| Mid-March, 2012 | The FAO begins awarding for the 2012-2013 academic year for admitted and continuing students whose financial aid files are complete. |
| April 23, 2012 | Deadline for 2012 UNCG Summer Session Applications for Financial Aid. You must have also filed a 2011-2012 FAFSA and submitted all required documents for Summer Session by this date. |
| May 14, 2012 | Notification sent to students who have not met the SAP Policy for Financial Aid Eligibility. |
| Early August, 2012 | Payments due to the Cashiers and Student Accounts Office for Fall semester charges. Students must be awarded and have completed all paperwork in order for financial aid to be applied toward their charges. Exact date available from Cashiers and Student Accounts Office. |
| August 24, 2012 | Fall enrollment hours are locked on the last day of Schedule Adjustment for SAP purposes. |
| Early December, 2012 |
