Visiting the Office in Person

Our experienced counseling staff is available during office hours to respond to your financial aid questions and requests. No appointments are necessary. Students are assisted in the office on a walk-in basis or may call 336-334-5702 to speak with a financial aid representative. 

As of March 12, 2012, our office Spring/Summer business hours are Monday – Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Contacting the Office via Telephone

You may speak to our experienced counseling staff via telephone. Please be sure to always have your UNCG Student ID and PIN# readily available to enter into the telephone system. This information is required to confirm your identity and give specific information regarding your financial aid. Our counseling staff will only be able to provide general financial aid information without the Student ID and PIN#.

Sending Financial Aid Questions by E-mail

• Your full name and/or UNCG ID (e-mail usernames do not help us access your records)
• The semester or aid year to which your question relates (e.g. 2009-2010)
• The full name of the scholarship or aid about which you are inquiring (e.g. Roxie A. King Scholarship)
• The e-mail address where you want a response sent
• Your original e-mail and question, if you are replying to our response (we do not archive e-mails)
