Visiting the Office in PersonOur experienced counseling staff is available during office hours to respond to your financial aid questions and requests. No appointments are necessary. Students are assisted in the office on a walk-in basis or may call 336-334-5702 to speak with a financial aid representative. Contacting the Office via TelephoneYou may speak to our experienced counseling staff via telephone. Please be sure to always have your UNCG Student ID and PIN# readily available to enter into the telephone system. This information is required to confirm your identity and give specific information regarding your financial aid. Our counseling staff will only be able to provide general financial aid information without the Student ID and PIN#. |
