Awarded on the basis of academic achievement to full-time students admitted to the CSD graduate program in speech-language pathology. The award may be renewed for one year if the student maintains a 3.5 GPA.
Dr. Jacqueline M. Cimorelli Scholarship in Communication Science and DisordersAwarded to deserving students with declared field of study within the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Scholarship may be renewable for up to 3 years.
Quota Club Scholarship
Awarded annually on the basis of academic achievement to one undergraduate and one graduate student majoring in Communication Sciences & Disorders. Recipients must be enrolled full-time and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
University Speech & Hearing ScholarshipAwarded to students majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Dorothy Davis ScholarshipAwarded to junior majoring in Recreation, Tourism & Hospitality Management. Recipients must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and must have been a full-time student for at least 2 semesters.

Barbara Alley Simon Scholarship in Memory of Grace Brown AlleyAwarded to undergraduate students majoring in Social Work, Interior Architecture, Consumer Apparel and Retail Studies, Human Development and Family Studies, or Nutrition. Scholarship rotates among these departments each year.
Barbara Reynolds Todd ScholarshipAwarded to students enrolled in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies, with preference given to students studying child development (preferably Birth through Kindergarten Teacher Licensure Program). Additional preference will be given to residents from Wilkes and Yadkin counties.
Cheryl Sosnik ScholarshipAwarded to undergraduate students majoring in, or intending to major in, Child Development in the department of Human Development and Family Studies. Disabled students and/or those planning to work with disabled children will be considered first. Applicants from Gaston County will also be given priority.
Dorothy Elliot Sink ScholarshipAwarded to a full time junior or senior Nutrition major with a 3.00 GPA or higher. Preference given to those with financial need.

P.E. Class Of 1975 Hielscher Teaching ScholarshipAwarded to a rising senior student, enrolled full-time, majoring in Exercise & Sport Science who plans to teach. Preference will be given to students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Physical Education Class 1959/Rosemary Mcgee Scholarship In Sports MedicineAwarded on the basis of academic achievement to a rising senior, enrolled full-time, with a concentration in the Sports Medicine program in the Department of Exercise & Sport Science. Recipients must have a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA.
Rosemary McGee ScholarshipAwarded to a full-time rising sophomore, junior or senior in the School of Health and Human Performance, with preference given to a student majoring in Exercise and Sport Science. Must have 3.65 minimum cumulative GPA. Leadership skills, community service and financial need will be secondary considerations. Scholarship is renewable.

Fiona Lawrence Diversity Scholarship in Public Health EducationAwarded to full-time undergraduate students primarily on the basis of academic achievement with financial need as secondary consideration.
June P. Galloway HHP ScholarshipAwarded primarily on the basis of teaching potential to a rising junior or senior enrolled in a teacher education sequence in the School of Health and Human Performance (award rotates between students of the Departments of Exercise and Sport Science and Dance). Recipients must have a minimum of 2.5 GPA. Financial need may also be considered.
Karen Lux Scholarship FundAwarded primarily on the basis of academic achievement to a rising sophomore, junior or senior who is majoring in any discipline in the School of Health and Human Performance. Recipients must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and have demonstrated an interest in teaching and/or youth development programs in schools or the community. Financial need may also be considered.
Marge Leonard Scholarship

Awarded to a rising sophomore, junior or senior enrolled in one the departments of the School of Health and Human Performance. Recipients must demonstrate leadership ability and be in a program that focuses on developing teaching & interpersonal skills to be used in an educational setting.
Nancy Burton Hockett ScholarshipAwarded on the basis of academic achievement to undergraduate HHP majors who demonstrate involvement in extracurricular and/or service activities.
Priscilla Mullen Gowen ScholarshipAwarded to undergraduate student in the School of Health and Human Performance who have a 3.0 minimum GPA. Awarded to students demonstrating leadership skills or potential and who are active in on-campus extracurricular activities.
